Do you ship across Canada?
Yes, we provide tracked shipping to all provinces and territories within Canada. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery destination.
What are the typical timelines for custom orders?
Timelines vary by project complexity. Generally, personalized journals take 2-3 weeks, while full wedding stationery suites require 6-8 weeks from design approval to delivery.
Is a deposit required for custom projects?
Yes, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your place in our production calendar and begin the design and material sourcing process.
Can I see a proof before production begins?
Absolutely. For all printed and personalized goods, we provide digital proofs for your review. Production only starts once we receive your formal written approval.
What is your cancellation policy for workshops?
Workshop bookings can be rescheduled or refunded if cancelled at least 7 days in advance. Within 7 days, we can only offer a credit for a future session if your spot can be filled.
Do you accept rush requests?
Rush requests are accepted on a case-by-case basis depending on our current workload. A rush fee of 25% will be applied to the total project cost.
Can personalized goods be returned?
Due to their bespoke nature, personalized and custom-made items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or contain a production error on our part.
How should I care for my hand-bound journal?
Keep your journal in a dry place away from direct sunlight. Handle with clean hands, and if the cover is fabric, use a soft, dry brush for occasional cleaning.
